About Host Leadership
Host Leadership is about becoming a leader in a natural, personal way. It is fundamentally based on the ancient roles of hosting. Hosting is cross cultural, known in all religions and has been described for millennia.
Host Leading is highly relational. It’s about building relationships – at work, in the community, in society, at home – to engage others in the collective goal, resulting in increased performance and better results.
Developed by Mark McKergow and Helen Bailey, Host Leadership is a rich and effective metaphor which provides the frame for agile leaders to better understand what is needed to move their teams forward to success.
