The Journey: Hosting Change with
Solution Cycles

Gain traction, build momentum and expand on success with a strategic plan.

What if you could design effective strategies and implement them with ease?

PROGRAMME DURATION

30-90 days (or up to 12 months, depending on your needs).

THIS PROGRAMME IS DESIGNED FOR

  • Adventurous and aspiring leaders
  • Reflective managers of teams
  • Anyone who wants to engage purposefully with people around them

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

What if:

  • You could get traction on that idea/priority that seems to messy to start
  • You could move from ‘I don’t know where to start’ to ‘I know exactly what to do next’
  • You could track the changes you want to see and show your progress
  • You could design, plan and align your team for the implementation journey

This is where the rubber hits the road. This is not a programme, although it draws on every programme we offer. It’s a commitment to design and implement contextual strategies using the model and metaphor of Host Leadership to create meaningful change. This is specifically designed to help you:

  • Gain traction
  • Build momentum
  • Expand successes

The Journey uses our Solution Cycles process and comprises of:

  • Solutions lab: 8 hours of Solution Building using The User’s Guide to the Future from Host Leadership. This component is 1 day or online over 4-6 weeks and is designed to help you gain traction
  • Signs of progress sessions: 90-minute guided sessions to look for, point out and plan progress
  • Snap-shots: 60-90 minutes to check progress, course correct, and set up your next sprint
  • Showcases: 3-4 hours to share and expand your successes

Our clients build their Solution Cycles to meet their strategic needs, enhance collaboration, focus teams on strategic initiatives and implement change. They put together a blend of each element to construct their journey.

"I'm better able to think about how to approach an initiative, what steps need to be taken, and clarify the goals that need to be achieved."
